Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items.


If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number so we can review and make it right.


Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion once the issue has been verified.


We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages left unattended after delivery.
